The only cost associated with an event photographic shoot is a prepaid booking fee of $100 which includes GST. There will be no contract or agreement to purchase a required number of prints in addition to this fee.

For that fee, the photographer will attend your event and take an unlimited number of photographs, which will be published on this or another gallery site in this suite of sites.

As the event photography organiser you will need to ensure that all subjects have given their verbal agreement to be photographed and have those photographs published on the WWW.

Unless there are special circumstances to prevent it, the gallery will be published within 24 to 48 hours of the event taking place. Each photo in the galley will open on a separate page. The title of that page will generally be the photograph number. When ordering, the gallery name in addition to the photograph number (or name), the size and the number of prints needed, will all be required.
